East Solstice Dailies Don't count for Achievements

The achievement chain for Solstice Monster's Hunter/Slayer/Bane and Aide/Agent/Specialist about Solstice do not get any progress if you don't have a daily located on the Western side of Solstice. This is troublesome for a number of reasons, such as preventing you from getting Savior of Solstice, as well as making it incredibly difficult to boost your drop rates for the bugged antiquity.
Is there a timeline for this fix? Is it any time soon? Anyone have any other feedback that can be offered?
