I'm on Xbox NA we got 100% on phase 2 but we still got to wait a day to do phase 3 why? So let me get this straight ZOS you guys increased the wall progress and we finally finish only to have to wait a day anyways to do phase 3. Make it make sense so why are we waiting... waiting for what?
Xbox One - NA GT: RebornV3x
I also play on PC from time to time but I just wanna be left alone on there so sorry.

Primetime. The fortress is coded to appear at the start of primetime after reaching 100%. Standard for community event.

Could ZOS change it right now? Probably, but you really want ZOS messing with the code on the fly ... ZOS?!

Then why increase wall progress if it wasn't ready... at the pace we were going we would have unlocked it on Monday. I'm going to have to rethink my ESO+ and future purchases with this game I was trying to give ZOS the benefit of the doubt thought this event but this was it for me.

You don't understand... the cooldown is 24 hours, so the fortress will open at the same hour tomorrow, so why the wait after they made the progress run faster? It just doesn't make sense.

I would have been totally OK with a fixed launch date, and meanwhile have a Worm Cult event with golden pursuits like it was, and at the said date, the wall is down and we see what's next like in the previous years. This way, there is no date in sight, the player doesn't feel they contribute to the progress, so it's just a fustrating wait.

It's set to open at the next 19:00 UTC after reaching Phase 2 100%. It's coded that way.

It was ready. The Wall progress upon reaching 100% actiavtes the timer.

Thanks apparently unnamed ZOS employee, glad you have eyes on that code 😁
Btw dual wield animations are a bit wonky, could you check what's wrong there too.

The wait is probably so the people currently sleeping/working have time to hear the news and prepare to run the Writhing Fortress.

It's obvious from what people on all the servers are saying, and from having 25+ years experience of MMO community events.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was just to give the first server (PS) a chance to finish, like a reward for getting there first?

If that was the case, PSNA would be running it now and PSEU would have had to wait.

Perhaps @ZOS_JessicaFolsom could answer why PSEU gets to go first when they were 2nd to complete Phase 3.

NA got there first? Didn't realise that, they were both complete when I checked this morning and EU had been quite a bit ahead. I guess time zones played a part, after maintenance there was only a few hours effective play time left for EU yesterday
