Armorer Reistaff is named Armorer Reistalf in the quest journal.
One NPC in Sunport Rampart Camp on Solstice has two different names, depending on where you read them. When you meet him, he is labeled 'Armorer Reistaff,' but when you take a quest from him, he is named 'Armorer Reistalf' in the quest journal.

✭✭It's also Reistalf in character dialogue, like when Walks-in-Ash tells you to talk to him.
My guess is that it was supposed to be Reistalf but the person who set up the actual character misread the l as f.

It's interesting that the official website calls him of Reistaff, but they should better change the name to Reistalf, because it's easier than recording new voice lines
