Same on PS4/EU
Can log in, but can't visit player houses. Taking forever, then message "can't connect to game server. Make sure you have a valid internet coonnection" lol Yes I Do.

Just enjoy another game, like The Sims 4 (100% the same type, but a bit harder), for example.
I hope ZOS fixes this soon, maybe, with another 12hour maintenance.

Tried my PC, PS5 and Xbox game accounts and all have the same issue - can pick a toon and then infinite loading screen thereafter.

The problems with this game are tiring me out.

It's very annoying.
The game periodically does not work normally. EU server.
Problems with guild banks started 2 hours ago. And now there's a problem logging into the game. Ping increased by +60-100.
I wanted to buy ESO+ in a week. But is it worth it? You can solve everything once and for all without playing this perversion.

same here, not possible to log in at all, first message you have no internet, second message none ist just loading without end
