The Guard Glock! The skill named Piercing Bolt
It will:
-Always pull you out of stealth
-Hit through walls
-Seems to have no in-combat timer
-Will deal 110% of your maximum HP regardless of armor/buffs
What triggers it? I have no idea five years into doing thieving. I've seen it maybe 15 times in my thieving career usually at the worst of times. Performing crime actions in front of or on a guard seems to increase the rate that it happens to me. If anyone knows what exactly triggers it, I would love to know.
