Is there something I can get for completing more Golden Pursuits activities after I already have earned the apex award?

not unless the individual Pursuits have rewards

Nope, the icon even turns off as well.

They have done some specific Pursuits with a specific reward for a specific task in addition to the apex, but those are not common (and the icon will stay gold if any of those are unearned)

If the icon is no longer gold, you are done with it and can get nothing else out of it.

Thanks for the explanation. Naturally ZOS still promotes it as an active event so any newbies and completionists still can benefit from it. I suppose that actually is a good thing.

there really was not enough rewards for this pursuit for the length that it is i have like 10 or so completed over the max needed
