Frozen watcher set buff

personally i feel that this set needs a buff where it should just have all its lesser set effects be made to 1106 max health to boost its damage and your tankiness especially given that if your using that set in the first place, you already have a method to have infinite stamina or magicka and dont need double max stamina's especially since with the mages guild equilibrium, its honestly better to just use ice staves and your magicka to block instead.

I feel like frozen watcher could also buff ice staff blocking specifically too. Like it gives you +8% more block mitigation and cost reduction while using an ice staff

i like that cause legit, its a good enough set for its 5 piece bonus even if its 2 stamina effects are *** cause the only way to actually use it effectivly is to go ice staff and the equilibrium ability from the mages guild line with a max hp build which gives you all the hp you need to use on equilibrium and buffs frozen watchers damage.

like the only other way to try using it is if you use the siphoning skill line from NB and get their version of equilibrium or MAYBE using the dark magic lines dark deal ability to convert magicka to stamina but both loose A LOT of buffs you need to max hp or proper tank setups you would wanna use with this cause you want AT LEAST green balance for minor toughness with than you go either daedric summoning, bone tyrant, or shadow for more max hp.
