The game broke... again

While the steak bug has been a problem for a LONG time since this update went live it has become way worse. Has anyone actually tested what causes this? I've always thought it happened when you break free from a Steak while under a Negate, but I haven't tested it. Specifically, I'm referring to the bug that prevents you from blocking or sprinting. It also causes you to always be able to break free.

It's not broken, it's a feature.

It's Sheogorath's way of saying he misses you. Go to him and enter his little swirly portal. That'll clear it.
