Crushing Weapon / Imbue Weapon delay and sound bug

After patch there's been a longer delay after casting Crushing Weapon cast before it allows me to do a light attack. It's the only skill in my build doing that and there's barely time to fire an arrow from my bow before the duration expires. It feels really weird and uncomfortable.

So is this actually going to be left permanent? No sound effect, glitched delayed animation that makes it near expire before I can shoot light attack? Haven't been playing all month due to this. Is a quit game worthy problem cuz I ain't making a new max build.
