Ice Staff Heavy Attack Bug

A friend of mine has asked me to report a bug he's been encountering quite often on his Ice Staff wielding Warden where he gets stuck in the heavy attack animation but it won't physically cast the projectile until he cancels the animation, attached is a Youtube link:
