Cannot buy crowns - Error

Hello,
I have tried 5 times since yesterday to buy 1500 crowns. Every time it gives me an error: "Error: There was a problem processing your request, please try again!"
I do not know why I am getting this error.
I am using the same card, as per prevcious purchases which is saved on my account.
Anyone have any ideas of why I would be getting this error?
