How to stop mindless speed runner in rand?

Seriously... I'm tired of those type of players.
Skillful speed runner is welcome.
But most of pug normal team is too much mindless, and mostly fake role.

>They dash against trash mob without tank's situation control --> Instant death. :s

> They dash against massive AoE zone --> Instant death. :s

>They ignore mech explanation, and dash against boss without tank's taunt --> Instant death :s

>They couldn't stop in front of hole --> fall damage and Instant death :D

They looks like kids. I abandoned them. And leave.
Compared with 2 years ago, I felt that those type of players are increasing.. Why?
My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

    You don’t. They have to learn and not everyone will. It’s rare in the vet queue so I always suggest doing vet instead. Alternatively can build for max speed to try and outrun them. Or find it funny.

    Compared with 2 years ago, I felt that those type of players are increasing.. Why?

    I think PUGs are always worse during events where people run dungeons for rewards (like the plunder skulls).

    Quite a few of these kind of damage dealers appear more than a little 'mechanics disadvantaged': if they can't use their vast solution portfolio of running fast, dying fast or hitting stuff they're kind of all out of ideas.

    Yes. But, those "door" should be out side of the dlc dungeon. :/
    Even mindless speed runner engage many doors, they still ignore rule and basis.
    (Ignore chat, Ignoring role basis too much, despite of they are too much weak though.)
    And just keep running like the kids, and instant death many times.

    I saw CP1500 fake tank and fake DPS and fake healer who can't deal with
    normal Depth of Malator second boss at all. (And my DPS kill it by solo.) :s

    Need role certification flag system for DLC dungeon.
    If they want to do their style, then use grouping tools. :/:*

    More doors could solve some issues.

    As you’re writing as a tank, I will as well. One solution is to adjust your perspective.

    The rest can do whatever they want. In normal randoms, or non-DLC vets, its not too bad.

    If the dps run ahead and die, I let them die. A few times of this and they learn their limits. Not my problem.

    If they dont die, then good, I dont have to bother with trash mobs, just handle bosses.

    If they find a fresh way to skip or cheese mechs, then I add that to the nth method of going beyond the textbook. Ty for the info.

    If the cheese fails, then thats added to the mth method of “avoid this”. Ty for re-testing the cheese.

    Nowadays, I only offer suggestions when we wipe or have to wipe. No one wants to listen before a fight - but most become more receptive after the fact.

    The worst I’ve seen, and this seems unsolvable, is DPS with zero DPS and no gear. Everything is fine until the final boss, and all becomes clear. One-shot deaths from single, non-mechanic, light attacks from the boss. Immense regret for carrying the group up to that point.

    For DLC Vet HM though… no and never. I only go in with a pre-made group, and all mic’ed up. Whether we communicate though is another matter.

    I agree with most of them. But If I saw too much unreliable team in normal... I'll abandon them.
    Don't want to spend meaningless time for just set gear farming. So I'll leave and, do re-queue.

    For Vet... I want to do it with guild people, If I can.
    But current, I don't have a constant group, unfortunately.
