Morag Tong Face Tattoo change

When (and why) did the Morag Tong Face Tattoo change? I've had a character for years who has worn it, but hadn't played them in a while. Now I find that instead of the cool dark diamond eye patches, there are football eye black cheek stripes. What gives? Is this a mistake? Because my poor Khajiit looks ridiculous now.

It seems that only Khajiit got this change, WHY?

Quickly made a Khajiit just to try it out, seems normal. Maybe it's a video setting causing it? Or a corrupted file? Try a repair if anything else fails.

Interesting... I tried it on two different Khajiits and both were the same. Hmmmm...

It's not a character thing, from the looks of it the texture is stretched through your character's face, so it's either the texture setting or a corrupted file.

Though if that's happening to everyone on Low/Medium textures, it should be reported as a bug.

If changing your texture setting doesn't work, try running a repair on the launcher.

Ok, I did a repair... no help. Updated my Nvidia drivers to the one that just came out... no help. Removed all the extra stuff like skins, personalities, costumes, jewelry, etc... no help. Started messing around with video settings, and discovered if I have Texture Quality set to Low, it turns into the ugly eye black thing. No other settings seem to affect it. Texture Quality medium and high both display the correct Morag Tong look.

I am on a laptop at the moment, so had turned all the settings down to low to try not to stress out my system too much, since it gets really hot when I play ESO, even with a cooling pad.

So I guess this should be moved to bug reports and looked into. For now I'll keep my low settings as my computer's health is more important than this one character's appearance, sigh.

Thanks for your help, @Morvan - I probably would not have thought to look at textures.

I don't think so, one of my khajit has the same haircolour, as the person posting this, and for her the Mirag Tong tattoo shows up perfectly fine.

Strange tho that it's just happening to their character.
