something needs to be done differently with the symbol wheel on gamepad ui

iT CONSTANTLY HINDERS pvp esp but also pve when i am trying to cycle through the gamepad ui wheels when i press up i get tghe first wheel but then it switches to the asinine symbols and prevents me from choosing the items i want or to cycle through the wheels to the wheels i want. Just today i had to retry like 20 times b4 it would stop with the stupid symbol wheel. Please change the ui so it stops switching to the stoopid symbols no one wants and no one uses. You're annoying players with this stoopid feature ZOS, If you insist on foisting this useless nonsense on us then at least have the decency to implement it so it doesn't pop up and interfere with what we are trying to actually do. it's supposed to be pvp or pve not pvui
