Vengeance Skills - Lack of Visual Animation and Timer

This Vengeance test is almost over on console, but I want to call attention to some bugs that hopefully can be fixed in the next test.

The camera is a little zoomed in but hopefully you can still see what I am describing.

Siege Shield dome animation disappears about 1 second after casting, you have to look at skill bar timer to see if it needs to be recast. This is not consistent with the skill in Gray Host. There is no way for other players to know if the skill is still working.

Revealing Flare animation disappears about 1 second after casting, and there is no timer for this skill. There is no way to know when it needs to be recast. This is not consistent with the skill in Gray Host. For this one also there is no way for other players to know if the skill is still working.
