Will this patch see the PTS remain on it's current NA copy (but with some bug fixes), or switch to EU?
All the banner is telling us is that the PTS will be offline for 'maintenance':

✭✭✭I believe the 3rd week (so this upcoming week) is traditionally when PTS swaps from NA to EU.2 -

Traditionally, yes... but the switch has been delayed in the past due to bugs impacting testing, and the majority of players' copied alts haven't been able to complete the questline here because of a bug which is due to be resolved by this patch, so it would be helpful to get confirmation one way or the other before the PTS goes offline.2
