A lot more npc pop ins as of late

I noticed - despite me having a AAA rig and having all the graphic settings maxed, pop in / stand ins minimized etc... even in the ini / wotan's advanced settings beyond what is in the options menu that i see a lot more npc pop in with a delay...i especially notice it for example with undaunted quest givers or bankers where there is an open area bank (like Vvardenfell)...

Is that just me or a general occurence because of zos changes?

I've noticed this as well, lately it tales a couple of minutes for daily quest givers to load, or even for quest markers on things like writ boards to appear.

There’s a massive tree in Cyrodiil that pops in just in front of me, one single type of tree that is used in quite a lot of places. I’m riding along and boom, have to swerve to miss it.

Haven’t noticed any npcs, though.

its the silent cutbacks to the servers, they dont acknowledge... the other things that keep happening too, having to hit potion/ability/breakfree 3-4 times to get it to register... its neither my connection or harware causing it.

I've been noticing this as well, even with a 5700X3D, 32GB DDR4 running at 3200 and an NVME SSD, the game just feels so slow at loading anything in. I have monitored CPU and SSD load while loading new areas, and the game barely touches either.

The group I run with, all of us, have noticed the delay in things loading in (NPCs, quest-givers, environmental assets, etc), as well as the delay in synergizing with NPCs, environment, and objects, skills firing, etc.

No acknowledgement from ZOS that there's an issue, though, which is frustrating since they continue to state that they are going to improve communication.

Maybe @zos_kevin could weigh in here, if there's been a recent change in the servers that has resulted in these issues lately.
