I have felt that some zones, especially the prologue zones (e.g. Grayhome, Mzark...) have been forgotten and overlooked by ZoS themselves. I personally think it would be great if there would be a reason to return to them after having finished the prologue quests. For example, a good first step would be to enable mount use in Mzark and introducing some quests or at lease some reason to return. After nall it's the closest we've got to Skyrim's Blackreach. Also please make Norg-Tzel accessible again. It is interactable on the map but inaccessible for all but a few hours. Another zone I propose a rework for is Bleakrock isle, because it is to my knowledge the only zone in-game where the player hub becomes hostile *after completing the main quest. In all other zones you are liberating cities fro the enemy, but in Bleakrock the player loses access to an entire village decked out with traders and crafters. It would make sense to have the Pact reconquer Bleakrock after either defending the pact from the Covenant attack after finishing the Stonefalls Story or after the pact story ends (due to the fate of Aera Earth-Turner and some other original Bleakrock isle inhabitants) With the new release schedule being based on seasons, I believe ZoS will be able to allocate more ressources to making the game fit for this decade and fixing some decade old gripes.
