Infinite archive set item coffer bug

I recently completed all the archive fragment collectibles and started getting the coffer containing an extra piece of archive gear. Problem is, the gear inside is dropping at level 1, despite my level being well over CP160. Other than adding to the sticker book, this makes the gear completely useless and I have to spend transmutes just to get the proper level.
