From the 11.2.0 patch notes today:
But "Skill Stylist: Soul Trap" already exists as an achievement in the live game:

Hopefully this new achievement can be renamed before launch to prevent confusion
Edit: Nevermind, in game the new one is actually "Skill Stylist II: Soul Trap"
