I checked it carefully and am going to answer my own question and yeah it was the rune and the charm that got me stunned. I thought i got stunned in mid dodge by toppling charge until i watched it at 0.25 speed.

When i watched the video in 0.25 speed i see it says charmed right before getting hit by toppling charge. Maybe it stunned me first but how did i get charmed? Is this Rune of Uncanny Adoration of Arcanist?

Yes, toppling charge is dodgeable (or at least it was years ago when I last used it). The charm effect did indeed come from Uncanny Adoration and appears to have hit you just a split second before toppling charge which caused you to become immune to the knockdown effect. You can recognize the charm effect is about to strike by the shrinking pentagonal shape and high-pitched ringing sound.

EDIT: looks like I was too slow to type my answer and you already got it lol. Also wanted to point out that the false breakfree from the immobilize was really weird and is the kind of stuff that drives me nuts about this game sometimes.
