Game freezing during fight with Tidespite WB

During this fight, my game freezes for several seconds, 2 or 3 times during each fight. Long enough to be killed, lol.
It's happening to my friends, during the same fight, so it's not my machine.
I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. Is it happening to anyone else?

✭✭Yes, it has been bugged since release for consoles at least. Granted one of the updates did seem to help it for me some.
