Crown Store Furnishing - new feature!

I am an ESO+ member so every month we get a free thing in the Crown Store, usually a furnishing or sometimes a mount. Furnishings usually would go into the claiming character's inventory.

A few days ago, I "bought" the Painting: Carapace Caverns but didn't see it in my inventory. It showed "Collected" in Collections, but I couldn't find it in my inventory. So I opened a ticket.

I just found out that now when you "buy" furnishings from the Crown Store, they go directly to your Housing inventory!! This actually is pretty awesome and saves me the steps of having to transfer it myself. Well done ZOS for this feature! Maybe a little more communication that you did that would have been helpful but I'm not going to complain!

Crown store paintings from ESO plus never have gone into the inventory. Since they are a collectable, you are able to pull them always from the furnishing inventory as they are able to be put in every house even if youve used it before. Its a Gallery item so it has unlimited uses whereas with other items that youd have to craft, buy, or dig up, are only able to be used in one house unless you have multiples of the item. Its always been like that as far as I can remember.

Edit: its exactly like the statuettes. Theyre not normal inventory items so theyre only accessed from the furnishing inventory.

Yes, ever since this first started the statuettes and the paintings given like this have been unlimited items in as many houses as we want to put them in.
