How do I get it to do anything? It's just list of keys, 123456, that do jacksquat. I need a item, besides my Q, at a button's press.
The quickwheel isn't quick at all when you're alone and behind chansed by something that will 2 shot you.

imPDA✭✭Looking at UI source code, it seems to be related to accessibilty mode only, it is not supposed to do anything with quickslot menu.
The best option I know to pair qucikslot menu and hotkeys is to use separate addon, like this: https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info258-GreymindQuickSlotBar.html. I have not used it myself tho, so can say nothing about user experience.0
