Anyone can help with this LUA error in TTC?

I tried googling it and I cannot find either where to report this, the TTC page has a contact us but I don't think that is for the add on, and I am hoping someone in here has experience

I tried reinstalling the price table, but that didn't help, I keep getting this error constantly

my guess is that its breaking trying to scan guild history, which until sept 15 is completely disabled atm

The only correct place to report issues is ESOUI website, where all addons published, comment section of particular addon.
