The order in which the patrons are selected is totally unbalanced and provides a net advantage to the player coming first (on top of being able to access tavern first).
The first player already sets the tone for the entire game by selecting the first patron. But ON TOP OF THAT he can chose the final patron with full knowledge of the patron set. This is a huge advantage while the second player has to guess what the final choice of the first player might be when chosing his two patrons.
This is completely unbalanced and imposing an additional penalty to the player coming second. That pityful 1 coin extra for being second does at no way outweight these penalties.
