before I ask I'm very new to these kind of game so sorry for the noob question.when I make armor I need a bosmer bone what exactly is that and how do I get it,thanks for your time

It's a crafting material you can buy from vendors or get from material extraction. (Or even find them in junk containers!)

Yes it is a material specific to your race. You can find them or buy them; you can buy them from certain vendors, clothiers I believe.
