I use a virgin media hardwired internet connection. In their infinite wisdom, they don't get along well with MMO's. Not something I found out until after I was under contract (yay).
I don't expect the latency I have on a 60 meg line. It's just not cricket.
I notice a lot of virgin users getting better performance with VPN.
1- Can I confirm this with any Virgin Media subscribers?
2- Does anyone have a list of approved VPNs? I'd hate to pick one, pay and then spend hours arguing with customer support after being unceremoniously booted from the servers.
3- Are Zenimax prioritizing packets? I'm getting a lot of lost packets on my TraceRT.
Addendum. These are my only 2 questions. I need no outside comment unless it;s a VPN recommendation. Nor do we need the inevitable "switch contract, dude!" - It's not on the cards for another 11 months.
