Can we get Controlled Fury mag cost reduction?

It's been several patches now with scribing existing and this still hasn't been addressed. We supposedly live in a hybridized game, have a bunch of different mag dual wield skills, and still don't have mag cost reduction. Mag configurations already suffer from generally weaker skills and having a complete inability to use one of the more generically good spammable because of skill cost devouring sustain is super unfortunate. Can we please get this passive hybridized?
