Glirion won't validate HM rewards for Crypt of Hearts I

I don't know if this has been reported before, couldn't find anything related to that with a quick search of the forum.

It's now been 2 times I've done Crypt of Hearts in HM for the 2 keys and Glirion will only give me the rewards for just vet (1 key, 3 transmutes). I have not had that issue any other day and with the other vanilla dungeon pledge today (Darkshade Caverns I).

The first time another guy clicked the paper for HM, I knew I saw it but when I saw Glirion's reward I thought maybe I imagined it. The second time I CLICKED THE PAPER MYSELF and had the white screen & going crazy animation. There is ZERO doubt HM was validated. And still Glirion will only reward me 1 key & 3 transmutes...

Again, I did not have that issue with Darkshade Caverns I today.

I don't know what's happening but there is a problem here...

I once had the issue that the final boss resets at the beginning. If you read the scroll and the boss resets you have to read it again.

The boss did not reset, on either runs.

Although I remember on the second run it took some time before the HM scroll was clickable. It didn't feel like we were in combat but noone could click it for a while, and then I was able to.

Boss reset. Unlike Volenfell, in CoH1 reset us barely noticeable. The only way to tell is if the scroll reappeared once the fight started. This happens if the boss gets aggro or gets taunted before all players are in the "arena". Just like Volenfell, make sure the whole group is as close as possible to the boss, before taunting. Same thing with the miniboss in Arx Corinium that's across the brigde: if one group mate is still on the bridge when the fight starts, boss will reset.
