Lost all vision buffs after reentering instance in Infinite Archive

I ported out of the IA instance twice during Aramril's side portal, and when I returned, all of my visions were wiped. The F5 menu still showed the visions, but the tooltips had values of 0 stacks. It wasn't just visual, either, since they impacted gameplay a lot. Visions that I gained after the incident only counted the new stacks. Now, this run is pretty much borked, because I can't regain the visions that I lost, e.g. Scorching Support.
I had 2x Focused Efforts, 3x Archival Intelligence, Scorching Support, Apocryphal Emissary, and 1x Extended Favor, amongst other visions, before the incident (I'm calling out these ones because they're especially noticeable when they disappeared).

The sequence of events in the video:
1. Completed trash stage 3-4-1. Observe in the video that there were Scorching Support procs, Apocryphal Augur hanging around, and Major Brutality from Power Extraction lasted 48 seconds due to Extended Favor.
2. Entered Portal to the Unknown. It was the duel with Aramril.
3. PTE exited the instance, loaded armory build.
4. Reentered IA, completed duel with Aramril, received bonus verse. Reloaded UI (but this is not the issue, since the bug is server-side).
5. PTE exited the instance, loaded armory build.
6. Entered portal to the next trash stage.
7. Visions were reset. Observe that Major Brutality was only lasting 30 seconds, the base duration from Power Extraction. No Scorching Support procs (in fact, IA Helper did not even register that I had the vision, so the add-on countdown didn't show up), Apocryphal Augur disappeared, and damage was bad due to no Focused Efforts.
I tried a couple other possible repros later on, but I didn't lose visions, so I believe the bug has something to do with leaving the instance while in Aramril's duel arena, where visions are disabled. Scenarios that did NOT cause me to lose visions: 1. porting out and in during a trash stage arena 2. porting out, loading a mostly-blank armory build, and porting back in.
I know I did this porting out while in Aramril's arena last patch (U46) without any issues, because I like to swap builds for that duel, so this is a new bug in U47.
Visions gained after the bug occurred only counted the new stacks. For example, by the time I noticed this bug, I was supposed to have 3x FE, but the tooltip showed only the bonus from 1x FE. I continued playing for a bit to test, and I gained what was supposed to be my 4th FE stack, but the tooltip showed the bonus for 2x.
