Freeze and then blank screen

Hi there,

I get an issue once im on the game. menu/character selcection/loading screen all fine, but once on game sometimes i get half hour sometimes jsut seconds when it freezes for a few seconds and then the screen goes blank, but the game is running because i can hear footsteps ect but screen goes black/blank.

I have attached the game consultant report

Just really annoying please help

i tried all the things in the sticky thread for this and now its worse the launcher wont even load the game.
I get:
critical error (render)
Error initializing D3D9 device: Shader Model 3.0 is required.

This started happening to me after yesterdays patch. I have tried EVERYTHING. Only happens in ESO. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ @ZOS_GinaBruno‌ @ZOS_BillE‌

I cannot play. It freezes, but I can still hear sounds, and if I hit Alt, I hear the menus changing.

appears that my drivers were not installed properly, and when i downloaded new ones it didnt install them properly either! i re-installed the new ones and iv had no problems since! appears its all down to drivers, even if you have the latest ones, try re-installing them. also do the 7 steps on the list under black screen on here http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/61626/please-read-first-known-technical-issues-pc#latest

Yep. This is ridiculous. Paid $80 for a game I cant even play anymore. I KNOW its not my PC, as ESO was working all last week during early access and stopped working as of yesterday and I've made no changes to my PC.
