Broken Light Temple Interaction Broken?

In the wing on the left, there is a location where almost a complete area of "urns" is locked behind a "Water-Damaged Journal".
Due to this i can't seem to interact with the urns there no matter what i try.. I even tried a "blacklist interact" addon but that one can't even remove the interact with the journal....

Would be nice if this could be fixed, or hopefully someone else has a solution for this annoying bug....
