mine was working fine until i got the crate. about 10 mins after that, that particular stream ended, so i switched to another on this list. dog was at 64%. 10 mins later, dog was still at 64%. i tried another on that list. still stuck at 64%. tried closing it out and trying again. still stuck. will try again tomorrow i guess.

Is the Bethesda Dallas Pets Alive stream still scheduled as indicated here? It's nearly quarter past 3pm Eastern, and their page still says "Offline" for me.

Happy to be patient, but I don't see any indication whether it's forthcoming or maybe I've misunderstood something.

friend told me the bethesda channel was back up, so i tried that one. without even opening it, mine went from 64% up to 79%, so even though it didn't SHOW it was progressing, i guess it was. had it on for a little while now and it's still stuck at 79%, but i'm going to let it keep going and hopefully next time i open it up it will be completed

My accounts are linked, but the drops aren't even showing up as obtainable. I go to my drops page, and all I see are previous drops I've earned. Same when I go to another Streamer (Ninjapulls). Nothing showing up at all.

One is watching on a laptop, adblocker disabled, the other is watching on a phone, no adblocker.

After watching for an hour, they showed up as obtainable and started counting. At 1%.

Okay, so had the stream going once it started at 3:15pm Eastern or so. Left it going until it stopped now at 5:00pm. That's nearly 2 hours (technically an hour and 45 minutes). I had hoped, since I won't be able to watch any of the Twitch streams tomorrow due to travel, that watching what was meant to be a 2-hour stream would unlock both rewards today.

Instead, due to the drop debacle, the pet is at 34% of 2 hours and even the Ouroboros crate (which I should have gotten for 1 hour and 45 minutes of stream since it was only an hour to qualify for it) is at 69% (hue hue hue, I know) of one hour.

Frustrating, mostly just interested in the pet and due to the stream both starting late and having drop issues, I won't be getting it, I suppose.

I haven't been able to get the progress bar to move on any "participating stream" since the main stream ended. Watched the whole main stream today (8/8) and am stuck at 35%/71%, which is where the main stream left off.

Chiming in with the same drop issues others have been having. Progress just refuses to happen.

FWIW, I only see drop progression when I watch the stream via the smartphone Twitch app. I switched to that after zero progress watching via my desktop web browser (though to be fair I didn't check my ad blocker settings).

[edit] And even then.. there seems to be some kind of time distortion anomaly. Because I'm earning progress at about 1/3rd the rate it should.

For everyone (and I do mean this is probably literally everyone, I am guessing) who had issues with Twitch not counting your 2 hours of progress properly, Kevin suggested in this other thread to submit a customer support ticket to get our missed items.

I'm not sure what is wrong. I was finally able to get the drops to start tracking during the ESO stream, but when it ended, so did the progress. I've moved to other streamers on the list doing those drops, I've reloaded, closed it out and started over, but nothing is making the progress track any longer. Been on for nearly 3 hours but it's sitting at 41% and 83%. I even relinked my account and logged into the game to see if anything was sent, just in case. Nothing Dx

This may be a twitch issue. I also tried watching another stream from a different game awarding a drop and it was having the same issue. My eso stream drop is at 1% after watching a stream with drops for about an hour.

My 1 hour drop has maxed out at 78%, and the 2 hour drop has maxed out at 39% and it isn't advancing at all anymore, and I have been watching the right channels for over 45 minutes after it hit those percentages. I relogged Twitch, restarted my browser, rebooted my PC, still stuck.

I got both my drops after watching the Bethesda stream first and then that of an affiliated creator (KhamulESO). I think the issue might be a change in how Twitch counts viewers. My progress bar only actually progressed when I was interacting with the chat, and when I had it on in the background it stopped progressing. So it seems that you actually have to watch and interact with each stream for any progress to happen. Idk if this is intentional on Twitch's part but this appears to be the current way of getting the drops.

Having the same issue so I found this thread. Interesting if true because Twitch never enforced is like this before. Trying again currently, typed in chat as you suggested; we'll see. EDIT: Currently progressing. Maybe WaywardArgonian is right, try it if you're having trouble.

ZOS could we please all just get a free crate or two? xD

Per this post from Kevin, submit a customer support ticket. I did this, went through a little bit of confusion (he hadn't had time to brief them yet), and then I got the awards added to my account.

Thank you, @DragonRacer , for the link you provided. Contacting Customer Support through a Support link managed to get a reponse that the ESO and Twitch accounts weren't currently link (I know for sure they had been linked originally for the event, though).

But relinking them as advised did succeed in having the drops sent here and available to my character.

Just a note for any other players that might still have the issue, try relinking your Twitch account perhaps unlinking it first to begin with, and that should get you the drops in ESO.

It works for me, after i unlink and link it again, I got my rewards.
It was 6 years ago i link my account to Twitch, so I couldn't remember how to link again and if others wonder how, it is done from your eso account->Linked Accounts
