I have been an ESO+ subscriber since 15/6/16 and my current subscription runs until 15/8/26. When the Mimic Stone daily reward failed to immediately be transferred to my craft bag I was puzzled. It seems that this has happened because for some bizarre reason the EU server no longer recognises my Membership as being active. I have just logged into the NA Server, expecting the same, yet my Membership is still correctly described as being active there.
Please remedy this situation ZOS. It is impossible for me to do anything on the EU Server until my ESO+ Membership is restored. I cannot even open any of my characters' emails.
Please let me know

Edit: I have just logged back into the EU Server only to find that my ESO+Membership is correctly described as being active. Strangely I am also suddenly told that I have a Golden Pursuits reward to collect even though I haven't done anything. Examining the GP list shows me that the change is the "Claim scribing from the Crown Store", which had been impossible to claim.
Please tell me what is going on
