Requesting Player Feedback - Odd placement issues in Fogbreak [EHT installed]

1) Placing a training dummy in fogbreak lighthouse results in the dummy being turned by 90° and shoved underneath the ground layer (You can see the feet poking out of the sand)
2) Picking up the training dummy in editor mode results in the duplication of the dummy. (A visible illusion, there's no second item produced in my inventory or in my houses inventory)
3) Placing the visible duplication results in the disappearance of the 1st variant and the, once again, falsely rotated and placed version of the duplicate
The Addon "Essential Housing Tools" is installed and running on the latest patch. But the issue descriped above only appears in this one home (Fogbreak Lighthouse, High Isle), so I decided to make this bug report and ask other players if they are running into a similar issue without having the addon installed.
