Week 3 and still no mention of a fix for heavy attacks.

Basic attacks aren't working correctly, but we seem to be focused on nerfing skills to fix what the last patch caused and adding new sets. These new sets just happen to include heavy attack sets which will be essentially RNG based since heavy attacks often do no damage or don't work at all.
