Master Writ crafting error

Ok, so I have a master clothing writ. Made the item, went to turn it in, and it said to create it...as in it wasn't seeing the item as "done" even though it was in my inventory. I went back (pain in the butt because it was a Deadlands set), disassembled what I had made, and made 100% sure that all requirements were correct.

Same result. System won't recognize that I made the item and have it in my inventory. I put in a ticket in-game but couldn't get the correct screenshot in.

Help please?

    Epic quality is purple. Did you try leaving it at purple?
