Ferocious Roar doesn't do what the description says.

Ferocious Roar does not make heavy attacks faster after casting. It makes heavy attacks faster after casting AND performing a normal slow heavy attack first. 2 seconds of the 10 second time is wasted on the first slow attack. Additionally the attack speed when continuously attacking will vary causing DPS to be lowered. This can be seen when practicing on a test dummy. The range of this ability is also suspect because the fear will often not hit enemies who are well within range.
