Thanks for this solution, which works very well for me with my Windows 7.

PS: You really need to copy the new file over the old one so that the files are replaced and most of the existing files are kept, otherwise you'll lose the library. Don't make the mistake of deleting the old file and replacing it with the new one.

Yeah installing this on top of my existing launcher folder has made it entirely functional again on Windows 7.
