Then unsubscribe to the addons you want to uninstall.
They should be uninstalled from your logged-in account then, as far as I understood ZOs (hope that's correct).
This is likely another side effect of the PS5 auto sync bug
Normally if you had an addon installed that was no longer on the website it would auto uninstall for you

Seems there currently is no fix yet, so you need to disable the addons for now.

I had it Disabled, and could only fully get rid of it by performing a full delete and install of ESO (140+GB).
4 hours to download and install a game to uninstall a missing few KB add-on. Whew.

I don't get why you do that if you can simply disable the addon, and wait for the fix?
