Does bound aegis now provide major AND minor resolve?

Not clear for me from the notes or maybe I overread it

the patch notes do not mention removing Minor Resolve so it should be both Major and Minor yes.

u46 live Bound Aegis currently:
Bound Aegis: Duration: 5 seconds.
Protect yourself with the power of Oblivion, creating a suit of Daedric mail that increases your block mitigation by [37 / 38 / 39 / 40]% for 5 seconds. While slotted on either ability bar, your Max Magicka is increased by 8% and you gain Minor Resolve and Minor Protection, increasing your Physical and Spell Resistance by 2974 and reducing your damage taken by 5%.

Daedric Summoning
Bound Armor: This ability and the Bound Aegis morph now passively grant Major Resolve (up to 5948 Armor) for slotting on either bar, rather than granting Minor Protection (5% reduced damage taken) and increasing your Max Magicka by 5-8%.

Would be pretty bad to loose minor rwsolve which is hard to come by...major is also on oaken...

Minor Res is on Resolving Vigor though. So not that hard to come by.

On a one bar build with oaken space is limited and it would Really suc to loose it since you get major anyway and i rather keep the minor + magicka + block mitigatio n and combine it with ward and not vigor

Yea zos wanted skills to be chosen more for their active roll, so they put major and minor resolve on at all times for slotting the skill. Makes a whole lotta sense if you don't think about it
