Is it possible to ask for a refund on a Crown Store purchase I made?

I wasted over 10K Crowns on chapters that I really didn’t need to buy.

I didn’t read enough about what’s included in the 2025 Content Pass which I will buy.

So please, if someone could point me towards the right place to ask for help with this issue.

How do I see my purchase history for the Crown Store? I can’t find it on my Account page.

You need the precise date of purchase to make a support ticket.
