"Could not carry out command" message when trying to stow items

I just ran into this issue. When I was at the House of the Lunar Champion, I tried to stow a Mirrormoor Wall Sconce in inventory when I received the message "Command Could Not Be Carried Out": and then it failed to stow the item in inventory. I checked to make sure I had the space for it, and then I shut off all add-ons I was running, reloaded the UI and got the same message. I then exited out of the game, rebooted my system and still got the same message. I can move the item within the space, but it won't let me stow it so I can remove it from the house or put it into the vault.
