Cyrodiil Vendors during Vengeance and Zeal of Zenithar?

I wanted to check the Cyrodil vendors since we get the discount during Zeal of Zenithar.
However, as far as I can tell, we can't actually access the vendors since Vengeance is running.
Is there anyway for us to access the vendors at all before Zenithar ends? 10% discount is a LOT when you don't have tons of AP to spend.

Oh no! I was planning to spend quite a bit of AP there and hadn’t got around to it yet! I didn’t think about the test interfering with that.
