I can't access High Isle

I'm no longer able to access High Isle. It still appears available on the map, but every time I try to travel to Gonfalon Bay I get stuck on an infinite loading screen.
I just need to go the Gaming Hall to deliver the complete Tales of Tribute daily. Is there any alternative place to deliver it when High Isle isn't accessible?
