Have i forgotten some quests? Level to low for next zone

hi folks,

i just turned level 24 while questing in shadowfen. now i have the problem that most of the quests available are 2-3 level to high for me.
so my first thought was that i forgot some questlines in stonefalls and deshaan. but if i look at my achievments i did every quests in both zones.
so how can it be that i lack 2 to 3 level to most of the upcoming quests in shadowfen?
i even did severals dungeons to gain xp.

i hope you guys can give me a hint cause i dont want to stupidly grind the next 2 levels.

Unfortunately, I was in the same situation at around your level, and I ended up having to grind mobs for 2 levels. Grinding mobs in a F2P MMO is potentially expected, but having to resort to mob grinding in an AAA subscription game is unpalatable.

I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems that for some people doing the quests alone is not sufficient exp., (across all factions). I continually fall behind the level of my available quests, even when I'm doing almost every quest/public dungeon/anchor in a given zone.

It's one thing to try to design a game that "rewards players for exploring". It's an entirely different thing to have players wandering about for long periods, unsure how to further progress their character.

There were recent nerfs to public dungeon exp., instanced dungeon exp., and pvp quest repeat-ability. So, if you fall behind while quest leveling, there are few available options for getting caught back up. I'm not sure what they expect players to do, if there were no commensurate exp. buffs in other areas.

Im in the same boat...
I even went from Shadowfenn all the way back to Stonefall to get the explore, quest and public dungeon archievments. Then did Deshaan, too. Im only missing the anchors, as those seems to be a bid buggy. Same for group dungeons, and I dont have that much time to finish one, finished only 2. But now I'm 28 1/2 and only have 31+ quests available...
