I remember ZOS mentioned in December saying that they plan to change the animation of combat. Making it feel more weighty and less floaty.
Has that happened already?

No changes that I am aware of; I also don't know what the "status" on the whole console memory issue is - afaik the problem with new animations, classes etc. has been in the past that the consoles are basically running on fumes (at last the low end xbox version which still gets supported for whatever reason)...
Then again, i don't really understand how GTA VI can do what they can do on an xbox but ZOS has challenges...but that probably has to do with engine, multi vs single player etc...
