Some housing bugs with U46 - Precision Editing and Uncategorized furnishings in Vault

On Xbox console:
If it's been mentioned elsewhere, I apologize, I didn't see it. However, Precision Edit isn't working in The Sleepy Sloth Inn. Rotating is working, but not the moving left to right, up, etc. I tested in other houses and it's fine.
Also, I bought some of the conservatory new furnishings, like the Flower Patch, Summertide and placed them in the furnishing vault. You can't place them anywhere if they are in your vault, only if they are on you in your inventory. Also, they come under Uncategorized when I'm in build mode.
Trying to upload images, but that's not working for some reason either!
