[Bug] Blackrose Prison - Final Boss - Spirit Ignition

PIcking up the designated ghosts and cleansing during the Spirit Ignition phase is still resulting in a heavy damage explosion. Despite the ghost being shown to have been picked up (yellow circle disappears) it does not appear to register as such. There is at least 1, sometimes 2, ghosts "left" causing group wide damage.
